What can you expect when you work with one of our certified trainers?

  • A challenging yet appropriate program, every program is personally designed by one of our experienced trainers to fit your child’s individual needs, we do not copy and paste workouts

  • Guidance on nutrition and improved lifestyle changes such as sleep habits

After completing an assessment, a trainer will develop a personalized plan to help you meet any goals you may have!

Personal and Group Training Rates

All training sessions are 45 minutes in duration

 Personal Training Rates:

Evaluation Session: $20

Evaluation includes all that apply: flexibility, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, speed, muscular strength, balance and proprioception, agility,  diet and nutrition education

 Pay Per Session $40/session

 Multi-Month Packages (all are 8 sessions per month)

2 Months $35/session

4 Months $32/session

6 Months $30/session

Group Sessions (3-5 participants): $15 per person
